Layaway Policy

Layaway policy is subject to change.
You will accept the layaway policy at the time you checkout. Accepting layaway will require deposit payment via an immediate payment method (such as credit card) during checkout.Initial Deposit

Seller’s Layaway Policy.
“Layaway Available for this Item.” Upon receipt of your 25% non-refundable deposit, we will take the item out of our inventory and activate your 90 day term.
During the layaway period, you can either make several payments, or just make one final payment at the end of 90 days, at which time we will ship your item.
We regret that under no circumstances will your layaway be held longer than 90 days.
If we haven’t received payment in full when your 90-day term expires, your layaway will be canceled and NO payments will be refunded.
Items on a layaway cannot be changed once the deposit has been received. If a layaway is canceled for any reason or goes further than 90 days, no refund will be given.

Returns/Cancellations:

– If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 10 business days of receiving the product to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

– If the item is returned unopened in its original packaging, we’ll exchange it, offer store credit, or provide a refund, less a 25% restocking fee, based on your original payment method. Return within 10 business days of the RMA.

– All products must be packed in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration.

– A 15% open box fee, in addition to the 25% restocking fee (40%), will be assessed on any sealed product opened or removed from its original packaging.

We don’t permit returns for:

– Special orders or custom-configured products.

– Products sold “as is” or “used” or installed/used after receipt.

– Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment.

We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides shipment tracking for all returns. Consider insuring your package for safe return or declaring the full value to safeguard against loss or damage during transit. If you don’t use tracking, you’ll be responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.

USPS Information:

The USPS offers limited tracking and a 30-day waiting period before initiating a trace. You’re responsible for shipping charges for inbound and outbound returns and shipments refused.

Scope of Myrl’s Guarantee:

Myrl’s Limited Lifetime Warranty covers various defects.

Myrl’s Guarantee covers manufacturing defects or assembly issues.

Voiding factors include:

– Cutting, modifying, or misusing a Myrl’s product.

– Having someone else work on a Myrl’s product.

– Using high-velocity, high-pressure, or hand-loaded ammunition.

– Normal wear and tear.

Warranty return process:

– Allow 7-10 business days for assessment, repair, or replacement.

– If your firearm doesn’t qualify, you’re responsible for repairs and shipping.

– We’ll email an estimated cost before repair.

– Round-trip shipping is $80, plus $50 for ammunition, range time, and material.

– We won’t charge labor for inspection and repair.

– Once fixed, we’ll email you and provide tracking.

If your warranty included a replacement, the product won’t have work notes.

Customizations and repairs:

 If you’ve painted your product, it’ll be repaired, but we can’t guarantee your customizations.

– For example, if we need to polish the feed ramps, we’ll return the product as is.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. . Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Online Price & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item’s description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer’s credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item’s description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Myrl’s Country LLC will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.
