How to Buy a Gun Online
Buying a firearm from Myrl’s Country works the same way as buying from any licensed dealer: you order online, we ship your build to a licensed dealer (FFL) near you, and you finish the paperwork and background check there. Here is the whole process, start to finish.

The process
Four steps from checkout to your hands
You never handle shipping paperwork yourself. We ship to your dealer, your dealer handles the transfer, and you walk out with your new build.
Pick your build and check out
Browse our in-stock AR-15 and AR-10 builds, choose your caliber and options, and check out like any online order. Every order ships for a flat $40.
Pay in full, put it on layaway (25% down, up to 90 days to pay it off), or apply for Credova financing right at checkout on orders of $300 or more.
Choose your FFL dealer
Any licensed gun store, range, or pawn shop with a Federal Firearms License can receive your firearm. Call them first to confirm they accept transfers from online sellers and to ask about their transfer fee, which the dealer sets and collects.
Give us the dealer’s business name and address when asked at checkout. Your dealer will need to send us a current copy of their FFL before a completed firearm can ship.
We verify the FFL and ship
Once the dealer’s license is on file, we verify it, give your build a final inspection, pack it securely, and ship it to your dealer. You get tracking by email so you can follow it the whole way.
After delivery, give the dealer a little time to log the firearm into their inventory before you head over. They will let you know when it is ready.
Complete the transfer and pick it up
Bring valid government-issued photo ID to your dealer. You will fill out ATF Form 4473 and the dealer will run the required background check. They follow any waiting period, age, and state requirements that apply to you.
Once the transfer is approved, pay the dealer’s transfer fee and take your new build home.

Can you ship a firearm straight to my house?
No. Federal law requires a completed firearm to ship to a licensed dealer (FFL), where the background check and transfer paperwork are completed. That is true for every online firearm purchase, not just ours.
Do complete uppers, parts, and accessories need an FFL?
Complete uppers, parts, and accessories generally are not regulated as firearms under federal law and can ship directly to your door where state and local law allows. Anything that is a firearm, such as a complete build or a lower receiver, goes through an FFL. Check the product listing if you are unsure.
How much is shipping?
A flat $40 per order, no matter where in the U.S. it is going. There are no surprise shipping charges at checkout.
Do I pay sales tax?
Only on orders shipped to Texas. Orders going to any other state are not charged Texas sales tax.
Can I finance my build or put it on layaway?
Yes, both. Credova financing is available at checkout on orders of $300 or more, subject to approval. Layaway is 25% down with up to 90 days to pay the balance, and your build ships to your FFL once it is paid in full. Full terms are in our store policy.
What happens if my background check is delayed or denied?
The background check is between you, your dealer, and the background-check system, and your dealer has to follow the response they get. We cannot override a dealer’s decision or a legal requirement. If a transfer cannot be completed, contact us and we will go over your options under our store policy.
Can I come by the shop instead?
We are an online-only shop. There is no retail storefront, walk-in sales, or local pickup. Every firearm ships to the FFL dealer of your choice, and we are a phone call or text away if you have questions about a build.
